What is BESA?
BESA, the British Educational Suppliers Association, is the trade association for companies supplying goods and services to schools. We have nearly 400 members, accounting for around 80% of all the money schools spend on items such as furniture, books, technology, stationery and classroom resources.
Code of Practice
To become a BESA member, companies undergo financial and reputational vetting, and sign up to our Code of Practice. The Code of Practice covers areas such as safeguarding and data security and is your guarantee that a company is legitimate and reliable.
Always look for the BESA logo when making purchasing decisions for your school. It is your visual seal of approval giving you peace of mind that this company is a trusted and reliable supplier.

Save money
In the current economic situation, it can be difficult to know who to turn to when looking for the right supplier for your school.

You can contact our members directly for more information about their products and services – their contact details are on their page.
