Yorkshire based EdTech company TrainingToolz, is launching a mix of its own, and partner’s, brand new tailored communications platforms at Bett.
These exciting new online products, which range from British standards training for Chinese nursery workers, to mandatory training and policies for UK schools, are all built on the powerful TrainingToolz platform.
Whether it’s a school who want to deliver and track training and policies, or a services provider who wants to expand their offering to their education customers, TrainingToolz can help.
AllStars Training
AllStars Training is a platform where international nursery groups can train their staff to British standards. The AllStars product provides CPD Accredited online training courses in both English and Chinese for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) staff. It has been developed in collaboration with an accredited, award winning British EYFS team.
The simple on-line management tool allows courses to be allocated to staff and their progress centrally monitored and recorded. Successful course participants receive accredited CPD certificates.
AllStars Training offers a wide range of EYFS courses, including child development, behaviour management, safeguarding and parent partnerships.
Jill Johnson, early years expert who has been working as a consultant in China commented, “I am very exciting to launch this new online early years training product which delivers bespoke, bite-sized courses to the early years workforce around the world. The British education system is valued by many other countries and our training allows practitioners and educational establishments to access training with ease”.
MATtracker
MATtracker’s key focus is audited communications for trusts. This online service manages the distribution of vital communications, such as policy and training, and records staff completion. MATs are able to see an audit trail for each school, proving they are complying with mandatory requirements.
With the customisable MATtracker dashboard, MATs can see at a glance which communications schools have distributed to staff, and if they have been read and completed, and reminders can be issued if necessary.
MATtracker also allow users to compile an online library of their own policies etc for individual schools to use, plus, there is also free access to a bank of 10 ready-made policies and 10 online training courses that are fully editable.
TrainingSchoolz
TrainingSchoolz enables schools to create their own interactive, engaging online training courses and policies. The easy to use interface means that teachers can also quickly create their own online courses, add video, audio and downloadable documents, the distribute to all staff with ease.
Trainees can participate at home or school on any device and once completed, they can print a certificate. The system automatically records the activity, making it easy to demonstrate statutory training and policy compliance.
If schools don’t want to start from scratch, they can also pick from a ready-made library of courses that are fully editable.
Powered by TrainingToolz
The underlying technology supporting all the platforms is TrainingToolz, a powerful platform for the creation, distribution and monitoring of vital communications.
During Bett, the TrainingToolz team will also be talking to school service providers, charities and other partners who have the potential to use the platform to build interactive materials including video, audio and downloadable documents which will help them extended their product offering and enhance their service delivery.
TrainingToolz partners have the opportunity to create and customise their content for a bespoke customer experience.
Ian Pringle, Director at TrainingToolz commented “In 2018 we took the beta version of TrainingToolz to Bett. Five days of discussions with teachers, school leaders and many other members of the education community, lead to far more than expected.
The journey from testing the original platform to where we are today has involved working in partnership with schools, MATS, school service providers and charities to evolve the platform, and as a result of the process, developing a bespoke series of tools for each unique set of requirements.
Now, 12 months later, we are returning to Bett to showcase three fantastic products, built using the TrainingToolz platform specifically for the education sector”
