We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Sales Manager with demonstrated capability in EdTech sales and P&L delivery. This highly motivated candidate will lead all new account acquisition and renewal/upsell opportunities with current clients within United Kingdom. Contagious enthusiasm for Twin’s mission and the passion to learn is essential in this role. Currently, we’re operating in an employee-focused response to COVID-19, with 100% remote work until it is safe to return to the
office.
Responsibilities:
● Drive business development and sales of products in UK
● Build and manage relationships with education suppliers, schools, universities, education non-profits, government organizations, local councils, resellers, etc
● Utilisation of existing contacts to expand the client base
● Build and maintain account-based plans and pipeline
● Generate new institutional subscription sales
● Report sales against targets and providing market feedback
● Collaborate on marketing activities and participate in events and trade shows
● Liaise daily with other team members, provide activity reports and participate in sales meetings or sales calls
Requirements:
● 3+ years’ experience in business development or field sales
● Strong track record of achievement, preferably selling education technology
● Experience of institutional sales in SaaS or K12 Education is a plus
● Excellent people skills including negotiation
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Self-starter with strong time management skills
● Must be comfortable working out of office with little supervision
