Senior Marketing Executive (FTC)- The Hodder Education Group
The role
We have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract, to develop and implement the marketing strategy for a defined assessment portfolio across the Rising Stars and Hodder Education imprints.
Commercially aware and genuinely creative, you will already have experience of developing and successfully running multi-channel marketing campaigns, which have resulted in impressive sales. The role is varied and requires proficiency in all elements of the marketing mix on and offline:
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and executing high-impact direct mail and digital campaigns to schedule and within budget
- Writing persuasive and effective marketing copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice
- Analysing results and updating forward plans accordingly
- Ensuring best user experience across purchase and access to products and services
- Contributing to product development proposals
- Interrogation of CRM data
- Effective budget management
The ideal candidate will have worked in a busy marketing department and should be able to demonstrate campaign success. Experience of direct mail and/or print marketing is essential. Previous experience within education/assessment is also desirable, but not essential. In return we offer a creative and dynamic working environment and a competitive salary and benefits package.
