Responsible to: Field Training Manager
Location: Regional (Bristol and surrounding areas) – Freelance
Job Purpose / Primary Duties
- Available to deliver hourly, half day or full day training sessions (rate plus travel)
- Deliver quality and engaging face to face workshops with GL customers
- Support schools in understanding the role of standardised assessment
- Facilitate interactive discussions around best use of data and interpretation of data
- Will be required to attend internal training from time to time for quality assurance
- Attendance at associate updates/networking meetings
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience
- Experience in facilitating training workshops
- Background in education desirable
- Excellent knowledge of UK Education market and Assessment
- Proven track record in delivering successful training
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a drive to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Have a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Confident with analysis and interpretation of data
- A positive outlook with desire to learn and embrace new challenges
- Willing to travel within your local region to deliver training
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with GL Assessments desirable
