At HFL Education we know that our people are critical to our ongoing success. Due to growth in the service, we are looking to recruit multiple HR Advisors to work in our external facing HR Team and support the delivery of services to our customers.
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of the HR processes from end to end and experience in a HR role where you have been a source support to customers. You will also have drive, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn as we develop your experience and knowledge base to support our customers. The support you receive will enable you to juggle multiple, varied and interesting cases and projects across a spectrum of schools of all shapes and sizes.
In this role, you will work with Head teachers, Governors and Educational Leaders to support them in managing HR issues from one off advice through to supporting with more complex casework with support from the wider team. The role will have an Employee Relations focus as you give pragmatic and tailored support on absence and health issues, conduct, performance management, grievance matters. You will also support on matters around the full employee life cycle, including pay, wellbeing, flexible working and restructure.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various schools and settings, remote working and, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Whilst this role will largely be office or home based, you may occasionally need to reach different locations by car. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
