Hours: 1 x 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
1 x 37 hours per week, 38 plus 3 weeks per year (Term Time Only + 3 weeks)
Salary: Band 5 – FTE £33,000 – £38,000 p.a.
Pro-rated salary range: £30,125 – £34,689 p.a.
Location: Remote working with some flexibility required to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and occasional visits to Robertson House, Stevenage.
We are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional with drive and enthusiasm and the ability to juggle multiple, varied and interesting cases and projects across a spectrum of schools of all shapes and sizes.
To be successful in this role, applicants will have strong experience of Employee Relations casework, good general HR and management knowledge and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with commercial constraints.
The role requires the ability to situationally analyze HR matters and give pragmatic and tailored HR Advice to support customer needs. It also requires a solid understanding and confidence in facilitating employee relations matters, with experience of supporting people change projects, recruitment and delivering training workshops.
This is an exciting, fast- paced environment which is also incredibly rewarding in the difference we make to schools and the impact we have on children’s lives.
The team work remotely to support their schools and when required, providing occasional onsite support to their schools in line with current Government guidelines. Therefore the ability to reach different locations will be essential. If you drive then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required.
Prior knowledge or experience within the education sector, nor for profit sector or local government would be of benefit but is not an essential.
