Location: Hybrid working consisting of a mix of remote working, supplier venues as needed, and 2 days per week at our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Are you a self-motivated marketing leader with a commercial mindset – looking for a challenging and varied role?
Could you drive the strategic marketing direction of HFL to support our journey of enabling a great education for young people?
In this role you will be working with our in-house Marketing team who provide a wide range of support, from delivering content production to brand awareness and lead generation, both locally and nationally.
Reporting to our Commercial Director, you’ll lead the team to provide strategic marketing direction in-line with our business objectives, ensuring our brand, sales and pipeline remain strong. You’ll be responsible for overseeing our design, digital, content, social media teams as well as external agency partners, ensuring our systems and processes are effective, and generating leads through a strong understanding of ROI.
You will be driven to add maximum value in all you do, are a confident influencer with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders and support your team. You will be able to convey a passion about education and helping young people achieve their life goals through your work streams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, results-driven Head of Marketing to get creative and shape the strategic direction of our marketing function.
Our ‘working from anywhere’ hybrid approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work more flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, alongside visits with suppliers or agency partners as needed. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
