Post Covid-19 there will be an opportunity to work up to 2 days in the Head Office in Stevenage with the remainder as remote working.

We are currently looking for two Content Marketing Assistants (one permanent role and one 12 month fixed term contract) to join our busy Marketing and Events team; to provide professional and proactive digital and content marketing support to promote Herts for Learning and demonstrate the impact of our products and services on the outcomes of children within Hertfordshire and beyond.
Reporting into the Content Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Assistants will provide day-to-day management of HfL’s corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram), creating and scheduling posts to drive brand engagement and use digital analytics to track impact and drive improvements in our future social media approach.
Also responsible for email marketing, the Content Marketing Assistants will collaborate closely with the marketing team to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Campus, and identify and exploit opportunities to build bulk mailing lists across all social media and digital channels.
The roles require the post holder to be fully conversant with managing social media channels and proven experience of driving engagement across multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The post holders must have a proactive attitude, excellent written and verbal skills, plus familiarity with using Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro/After Effects and Canva.

The team are currently working remotely due to Covid-19, however following this following this you will have the opportunity to work in the office for a maximum of 2 days per week. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
