RS Assessment from Hodder Education is looking for an Assistant Product Manager, Assessment to join a team dedicated to developing market-leading assessments that help teachers support their pupils to achieve their best.

You will contribute to the growth of our business and will have the opportunity to:

• commission and launch successful new assessment products, services, or improvements (print and digital) to increase sales and usage
• use a wide range of research techniques to develop a deep understanding of customer needs for your products or services
• build and maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive market environment in which your products operate
• monitor performance of print and digital products and features, so that the content is kept up to date and digital improvements are providing value for customers
• work with authors and consultants to create market-focused assessment products and services
• convey product requirements through writing clear, detailed briefs for new products, services, improvements or bug fixes
• be the product owner for range of assessment projects, collaborating with a wide project team to ensure timely, high quality launches
• be a champion of customer needs for our online assessment reporting and analysis platform
