L&T Expo is the leading education trade show in

About the show

BESA is delighted to announce that it is once again supporting the Learning and Teaching Expo, which takes place from 9 to 11 December 2020 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Alongside the Learning and Teaching Expo, the collocated Asia-Pacific International Schools Conference (AISC) takes place.

The Learning & Teaching Expo has confirmed its position as the best supported international education event in the Asia-Pacific Region. Buyers, distributors and school leaders from government and international schools in Hong Kong, China and the Asia-Pacific Region come to the Learning & Teaching Expo to source the latest learning technology and education resources.

Last year, on it's tenth anniversary, Learning & Teaching Expo saw 13,000 attendees from 27 countries and regions visit the show. 

In its fourth year, AISC provides school leaders at international schools with an annual opportunity to meet and discuss topical issues relevant to the expanding number of international schools in China and the Asia-Pacific Region. In 2017, 350 international school delegates attended AISC, over half of the delegates coming from outside Hong Kong.

Here from the event organisers about what this years show is going to look like: 

Stand package (US$525 per sq mtr)

A standard 9sqm stand package includes:

• Walls, carpet, lighting and rubbish bin
• Company name displayed on Fascia 
• Furniture (2 counters and 2 chairs)
• 1 power socket

UK companies will also get the following:

• UK brochure entry
• Appointment of preferred freight and travel agents

Pod package (USD $2,620)

A pod within the UK Pavilion at LTE includes:

• Pod, wall and fascia board with company name in Chinese and English and booth number
• 1 LED long-arm spotlight
• 1 lockable cabinet
• Share of 1 well-trained helper (two stands share 1 person)

BESA service

UK companies, both BESA members and non-members, will join the UK Pavilion and benefit from our marketing and organisational support at the Learning & Teaching Expo.

DIT support

There are £1,500 grants available from DIT, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible companies. The grant can be expected to be paid within 4-6 weeks after the event takes place.

If you would like to exhibit without a grant, please send us the booking form only. Please make sure that you tick the appropriate box regarding grants on the booking form. You will not be committed to the event until your DIT grant has been approved.
