If the answer is yes, we are looking to appoint a new member to join our busy Governance Team.

 

In this role you will be part of a team delivering training, advice and support on a traded basis to governors and governing boards, with the aim of improving the quality of leadership and management in schools by growing the capacity and quality of governance.

 

We are seeking an aspirational individual to join our team as part of their career development journey.  The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the educational landscape and be able to build rapport with school leaders.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and occasional visits to school settings, and if required, attending meetings at our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
