Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working, flexibility required to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties, and up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

If your answer is yes to both of these questions, HFL Education is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator who will play a critical role in improving fulfilment of work delivery and managing team capacity at schools across Hertfordshire and beyond. The right candidate will coordinate customer enquiries and manage contract changes at peak renewal periods transformation projects to drive their delivery.
You need to have strong organisational and project planning skills, proven experience in data analysis including working and validating large datasets, as well as the ability to use Excel to analyse, summarise and present data. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, challenge, build connections and advise senior stakeholders.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various schools and settings, remote working and, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Whilst this role will largely be office or home based, you may occasionally need to reach different locations by car. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
