Ensuring diverse representation across the primary English curriculum
Participants from around the UK attended Herts for Learning’s (HfL) online national primary English conference on Tuesday 18th January 2022. Feedback from the event has been overwhelmingly positive after a very powerful and inspirational day and recordings of the event are now available to buy.

Focussing on diversity in the primary English curriculum, the programme of highly respected teachers, academics and political campaigners provided participants with a full day of thought provoking and inspirational sessions.

The conference ended with an inspirational contribution from the younger brother of Stephen Lawrence, The Rt Hon Stuart Lawrence, author, educator and motivational speaker.
Delegates were given examples of how they can work to improve diverse representation through the English curriculum in their schools and classrooms, and why this work matters so much.
