Contract: Permanent – fulltime at 37 hours per week (5 days) (Part-time at 4 days per week, will also be considered)

Salary: Band 5: FTE £35,000 – £39,000 p.a (pro-rata for part-time working)

Location: Remote within the UK with flexibility to travel to the Stevenage, Head Office occasionally.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and support a range of digital learning initiatives which will transform HfL’s use of eLearning both internally and externally.

In this role you will support the Head of Learning Innovation in accelerating HfL’s digital learning transformation by supporting and developing the capability of HfL trainers and colleagues in being able to deliver effective digital CPD. In addition to this, you will support and develop the Modern Governor service, a market-leading provider of online learning to school governors across England.

We are seeking an experienced individual, familiar with digital delivery formats and the technologies associated with a learning management system, to further develop our ability to deliver e-learning. You will work effectively from a remote location – confident in engaging with customers to support any capability issues and thoughtful when assisting colleagues in making informed decisions regarding learning technology. As E-learning Manager working on projects across and beyond HfL, your evaluation and communication skills around learning technologies will be key –a combination of strategic insight and operational skill will help you succeed in this role.
